    There is no obligation to place an order from the initial request; however, if you do place an order, payment in full is required prior to shipping.   

    I accept paypal, postal money order and personal checks.  All payment forms must clear prior to shipping.  Please allow four weeks for delivery from confirmation of your order placement.
